Registration Requirements

CONDITIONS TO BE SATISFIED TO BE ABLE TO BID FOR GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS

  1. Certificate of Incorporation with the CAC.
  2. Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years.
  3. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate from PENCOM.
  4. Evidence of current Compliance with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Acct No. 19 of 2011.
  5. Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSTTF) Compliance Certificate.
  6. Evidence of Registration on the current National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers.
  7. Company Audited Account for the last three years.
  8. Bank reference from a reputable Commercial Bank with a commitment to provide loan facility for the execution of Contract if eventually won.
  9. List of similar, verifiable and successfully executed projects with letters of Award and a completion Certificate.
  10. List of key personnel and evidence of proficiency and experience.
  11. A sworn affidavit that none of the Company Director have been convicted in any country for any criminal offence, including fraud of financial impropriety.
  12. Functional email address and GSM phone number(s).
  13. Detailed Company Profile including CV of key personnel.
  14. Provide Certificate of Business Premises Registration.

Note: No. 6,8 and 9 is not compulsory at registration stage.
